We offer leveling services that range from minor adjustments all the way up to full re-blocking jobs. We are also able to spot level more problematic areas of the home to fit the budgets of our customers.

• Prices include labor and material. Leveling is done off of your existing foundation and shimmed to proper height.

Whether you are wanting a new look on your existing home or looking to skirt your new home for the first time, we have what you are looking for. Our options include:

Proguard Vinyl Skirting

A modern and attractive option. Designed with integrated vented panels to allow adequate airflow under your home. Top hinges upward to allow easy access. Prices starting at $2900 and include all supplies and labor.

Rapid Wall Insulated Skirting

Rapid wall skirting offers an R8 insulation factor and is designed specifically for our northern climate. This product is meant to give you the look of a true concrete foundation while offering additional protection against sewer and water freeze-ups. Price starts at $4600 and includes all supplies and labor.

Decks

We offer a wide array of different size and shaped decks to fit your needs and budget. From your basic entryway landing, to custom large-scale designs, we ensure every deck we build conforms to specific mobile home building codes.
